Passenger health & mobility

For the safety and comfort of all travellers, we advise passengers with special health and mobility needs to carefully review the following before booking:

1. Pregnant passengers

For health and safety reasons, pregnant passengers will be denied boarding.

2. Wheelchair-bound or mobility-impaired passengers

Passengers who are wheelchair-bound, require special transport, or have significant mobility limitations will not be allowed to board.

3. Medically unfit passengers

Passengers with serious medical conditions are required to consult their healthcare provider before travel. We reserve the right to deny boarding if deemed unfit to travel.

No refund or rescheduling policy

No refunds, rescheduling, or compensation will be offered for passengers who are unable to travel due to the above conditions. Passengers are responsible for meeting all health and entry requirements before booking and payment.
